INTERNET SALES POLICY:  Improper installation of gas appliances, including but not limited to Noritz products, can be extremely hazardous to you, your family and your property.  Accordingly, Noritz: (i) insists that all of our products to be installed by licensed contractors or qualified plumbers who are pre-approved by Noritz and act in compliance with all pertinent federal, state and/or local regulations and any instructions issued by Noritz; and (ii) requires all online sales of its products, through online retailers, auction sites or any other online direct sales method to consumers, to be bundled and sold together with installation services performed by licensed contractors or qualified plumbers who are pre-approved by Noritz and act in compliance with all pertinent federal, states and/or local regulations and any instructions issued by Noritz. Further, Noritz's warranties are not applicable unless: (i) you purchase a Noritz product through a duly authorized Noritz representative; (ii) your product is installed by a Noritz authorized licensed contractor or approved and qualified plumber or contractor according to pertinent federal, state and/or local regulations; (iii) you use a Noritz product in compliance with the applicable Installation and Operation Manual; and (iv) you complete and mail in an appropriate registration form.
