- Products listed above qualify as "Qualified Energy Property" with respect to a natural gas, or propane water heater that has an Energy Factor of at least 0.82 or a thermal efficiency of at least 90%. The credit is a maximum of $300.
- Effective dates: January 01, 2011- December 31, 2011
- Federal energy tax credits allow homeowners who install any of Noritz's qualifying models to claim 10% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum of $300.
- Must install qualifying unit before 12/31/2011 and claim it on 2011 Federal income tax forms.
- The maximum energy tax credits a taxpayer may claim for all qualifying energy efficient home improvements including the purchase and installation of a Noritz tankless water heater is $500 between 2006- 2011 combined.
- As required by law, please keep your receipt(s) of purchase/installation and print out the Manufacturer's Certification document below for energy star tax credit record purposes.

- Federal energy tax credits allow homeowners who install any of Noritz's qualifying models to claim 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum of $1,500.
- Must install qualifying unit before 12/31/2010 and claim it on 2010 Federal income tax forms.
- The maximum energy tax credits a taxpayer may claim for all qualifying energy efficient home improvements including the purchase and installation of a Noritz tankless water heater is $1,500 over the lifetime of the credit (2009-2010).
- As required by law, please keep your receipt(s) of purchase/installation and print out the Manufacturer's Certification document below for energy star tax credit record purposes.

Several US States/Territories Will Give Rebates For Replacing Your Old Tank Heater with an ENERGY STAR Rated Noritz Gas Tankless Heater
If you don’t find Noritz product on the AHRI directory, please provide ENERGY STAR listing chart along with a rebate application form.
